Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds: All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Please note that the reception is about 200 metres from the apartment complex. Guests arriving later than 18:00 are asked to collect their keys at Parky's Bar.
